Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Items returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition are eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Refunds are not provided for personalized items unless defective. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in case of suspected abuse or fraud.
